The party runs some errands, collects some info, and makes some friends (and some enemies)
- After the fight with the Redbrands Sildar (Doppleganger) showed up, said “some things” this is a mess. All this crap is going to cause problems again”, then said he was going to his room to think about the new information he had
- Ernault spoke with a local named “Ed” about cleaning up the bodies for caution. Ed told him it’s not such a strange sight here on the frontier with the raiding frequency of Goblin attacks and Redbrand actions
- Perception check – Olwe and Heddeterria notice a passerby whispering to Tookit, who then looks odd and says, “I’ll be back in a bit”
- The party (minus Tookit) goes into the bar where Sildar is sitting having a beer, “There you are! Come here, I want to talk to you” – Two minutes after saying he was going to his room
- Sildar says his friend is missing (Iarlen)
- Said that he heard Grol was running some operation out of Cragmaw Castle, also Grol has Gundren and also Sildar’s stuff
- Sildar says that he found out the party can drop their load (Gundren’s things) load at Barthen’s
- Also that Lionshield Costers might be looking for the gear from the Bugbear lair
- Linene (Costers) gives the party – 25gp for return of goods – was salty to them until Ernault softened her with a successful flirtation
- Elmar Barathen – provisioner. Things went a bit rough here. Sildar comes and smoothes it out.
- Tookit shows up.
- A short way up the street, more Redbrands accost the party…

A wave of thunderous force sweeps out from you. Each creature in a 15-foot cube originating from you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet away from you. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed. In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the spell’s effect, and the spell emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.
